Returns and Refund

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item(s) must be in perfect condition, meaning they are:

  • Unworn: This excludes trying on the product to assess fit and feel, but not for any usage that would cause wear or tear.

  • Unwashed: Items must be returned in their original, unwashed state.

  • Original Tags Attached: All original product tags must be intact and attached to the apparel.

  • Original Packaging: The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging.

  • All Paperwork Included: All accompanying paperwork provided with the order, excluding the invoice, must be included in the return package.

Any product not meeting these criteria will, unfortunately, be ineligible for a return.

 

2. Initiating a Return

To start a return, contact our Client Support team. You can reach us via:

  • Email: Send an email directly to social@oligarchlife.com from the registered email address.

  • WhatsApp: Contact us at [Your WhatsApp Number Here].

  • Support Ticket: Raise a ticket through their registered email address and phone number.

When contacting us, please provide the following details to expedite your request:

  • Full Name

  • Purchase Invoice Number

  • Registered Email Address

  • Phone Number

  • Region

  • Reason for Return(media such as photo/video is required if the product is received damaged, size fit issue doesn't require it.)

We may request additional information to process the return efficiently.

We send our products with essential quality checks, and receiving damaged products after citing a sizing issue will lead to conflict, where we reserve the right to deny the return.

Upon successful initiation, an official confirmation email regarding the return will be sent.

  • For Domestic Orders (within India): The RTO (Return to Origin) process will commence. RTO signifies that the item will be sent back to our facility, either due to delivery failure or a client-initiated return.

  • For International Orders: We are unable to facilitate the RTO process. International clients are required to arrange and send their items back to us directly. Upon successful receipt of the product by Oligarch Lifestyle, we will proceed with the return process.

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

For all returns, the client is responsible for covering all associated return shipping costs. This policy applies to all orders, regardless of whether they are domestic (India) or international, their order value, or the reason for the return, including items initially part of an exchange that are subsequently returned for a refund.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the following methods:

  • Original Payment Method: For both domestic (India) and international orders, refunds will primarily be issued back to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, UPI, net banking).

  • Store Credit/Gift Card (International Clients): International clients have the option to receive their refund as store credit or a gift card. Choosing this option can help save on delivery and return shipping costs. Please note that opting for a standard original payment reversal for international orders will result in a deduction for any applicable shipping fees.

  • Alternative Payment Method (If Original Fails): In the rare event that a refund to the original payment method fails due to unforeseen circumstances or errors, our support team will contact the client. They will then be asked to specify their preferred alternative method for receiving the refund, which we are equipped to process (e.g., UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking).

 

5. Refund Processing

Once a returned product is successfully received and meticulously inspected by us to confirm it meets our "perfect condition" criteria, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • For Domestic Orders (India): The refund will be initiated on the same day the returned product is successfully received and approved. The credited amount should reflect in the client's account within 5-7 business days, depending on their bank or payment provider.

  • For International Orders: While standard processing times apply, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in the account once it has been processed.

  • Processing Schedule: Refunds are typically processed on the same day of approval. If the receipt of the product or approval occurs late in the business day, the refund will be processed on the next business day.

 

6. Exchanges

We are pleased to offer exchanges. For comprehensive details regarding our exchange process, specific conditions, and eligibility, please refer to our dedicated Exchange Policy. If an exchange is not feasible due to our operational nature or product availability, the client will then be eligible for a return and refund in accordance with this policy.
