SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship worldwide from our Noida office via reputed courier partners, and shipping is free within India. All Duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer. oligarchfashion.com is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping. Once your item has been processed and dispatched, it is usually delivered within 2-4 working days*.

*Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on the time from order. Oligarch Lifestyle cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transactions.

The user must agree to provide authentic information to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Oligarch Lifestyle reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point in time. If, upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Oligarch Lifestyle has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever. Delivery of orders would be done address-specific not person-specific.

Order Processing Time

We usually take 2-3 working weeks to process an order. If we have your order piece in your size in stock, we can ship it on the next working day on request. However, some items are made to order & are manufactured based on your measurements, which takes a longer time. Shipment Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive regular email updates on the delivery status of your order. You can also check the status in the My Account section by inserting the tracking number received via mail.

RETURNS & CANCELLATION

You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. We do not accept any cancellations on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse. A canceled order will result in a credit to the user’s credit card/account. Refunds will be processed in the form of a credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.

There is no return policy as each piece is customized and made to order. Products that are on sale are not subject to return or refund. However, alterations are possible but will be chargeable.

A product once delivered cannot be returned. However, in the following scenarios, it is possible to exchange the product:

Manufacturing Fault

Whilst we maintain the strictest quality control at Oligarch Lifestyle, if there is a product defect for which we are responsible, then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one within two weeks’ time.

Note: Color variation cannot be subject to rejection of merchandise.

Alterations

If you have placed an order with a customized size and it doesn’t fit you as per your requirement, we can offer to alter it for a perfect fit. You can send us an email at social@oligarchlife.com in case of a sizing issue. Depending on where you live and the nature of the alteration required, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make 1 it right.  

To start an exchange, you can either call our number +91 9818388456 or email us at social@oligarchlife.com within 2 days from the date of delivery. Ensure your items are securely wrapped and don’t get damaged in transit. oligarchfashion.com cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. It is advisable that you send any item for return to us by a registered courier company. Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of it. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. All couriers of this nature will be borne by the customer themselves. Oligarch Lifestyle will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise. Pieces bought in sale/ special pricing are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Note: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Further, OLIGARCH LIFESTYLE has ensured that the measurements, information, and description for products furnished on the site are best calculated and stated with accuracy and true to their dimensions. However, due to the inherent characteristics of certain materials, actual measurements of individual items might vary slightly. Slight marks and color/print variations should not be considered as a fault, but they are inherent characteristics of the product.
